A Chinese site selling brand name electrical items and asking for payment by Western Union is always a scam - at best you will get cheap fakes, but more likely you'll get nothing.

Anyone can produce an invoice - it is a 5 minute job in Word or similar.

See my previous reply - you will not get what you are paying for. If you're lucky you'll get a poor quality fake that won't be worth what you paid for it.
