Fake plant sales site http://www.bulldozermachineryltd.com.

Fax: +44 1422 500 162
[email protected]
1 Moorcock Road, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 7JA

Claim to be Bulldozer Machinery LTD, but their company registration shows that their business is
33200 - Installation of industrial machinery and equipment
not the sale of machinery.

Also use a number of pictures that have been stolen from other websites.

A search on their phone number +44 1422 702 067 shows it to be a VoIP number http://www.phonespamfilter.co.uk/phones.php/01422702 and not a legitimate land line.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Dear Sirs,

First of all, let me introduce myself, I am Theos Gallego former owner and founder of Bulldozer Machinery LTD, I was pointed to this forum when entering my website address on Google. I would like to have some explanation from Mr. Alan Jones (if this is the real name), before I will take all the legal actions to have this post removed!! I would like to see the originating websites where you claim that our pictures are stolen from. As for our activity is also "46630 - Wholesale of mining, construction and civil engineering machinery" as written on our trading license, but is not yet updated on the Companies website. I respectfully ask to remove this post, unless you can prove your accusations they are only assumptions, and it's very unprofessional, immoral and also illegal and I will be forced to take legal actions against. Hoping this issue will be solved in a friendly manner I thank you in advance!

So, when my friend takes a little drive down to Hebden Bridge tomorrow, he can meet you in your nice reception

and you can get your receptionist to make him a nice coffee to drink in your conference room.

His name is Martin and he'll be there about 10:00 tomorrow morning.

ETA: Oh and could you also confirm your VAT number.

I will not be in the office at 10 AM, already have a meeting confirmed, but our attorney will expect your friend Martin, they will drink a coffee wherever Martin would like till I will be there around 11:30 AM. After the meeting is over, I will expect you apologies. As for the VAT, please find the VAT certificate below.

Just to make sure I get this correct - the pictures I posted above are your actual reception and conference room?

It is also nice to see that you go to the bother of registering your fake companies for VAT as well - did you do the same with Bulldozer Limited Ltd, who are listed here http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewto ... 10&t=74681 and were also a Limited Company registered in your name ?

Pictures posted by you, are actually pictures from our website, so of course it's our reception and conference room, otherwise why would them be posted on our site? If you had this curiosity, I was wondering if you are in the picture from your thumbnail? Bulldozer Limited LTD as you say, was never registered by me, and it's a fake company that is currently being investigated by the Metropolitan Police, I personally filled a report, as there were to many persons visiting our yard or calling our numbers to ask if we know anything about this company or their advertisements, but why we are complicating this discussion since Martin will remove all doubts in the morning?

Thank you for confirming that you are a lying scammer.

I'll tell Martin not to bother making the trip as it will be a waste of his time.

The person in my thumbnail is a stupid scammer holding a silly sign - could you take one for me of you holding a sign saying "STUPID", so that everyone knows what you are.

What a surprise, the scammer has removed the Photshopped images that he stated were his reception and conference room.

Here are some backup copies I took earlier as I expected him to do that when he was shown to be a liar.

According to the last published accounts of the company, it holds assets valued at £1.

I doubt that anyone could even buy a photo of a tractor for that amount, though they could copy them from the internet for free.

The English used on the website is obviously not written by a native English speaker and a competent organisation would take the trouble to employ someone to write it that doesn't make it look so unprofessional.

If I pointed out the errors it would enable him to make a better job next time.

... and why contact the Metropolitan Police if you're based in Yorkshire ?

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle

Welcome Theos,

I’m sure we’d all love to hear a plausible explanation as to how someone “accidentally” stole a photo from an American dental office, photoshopped it with your “company” name over theirs, and posted it on your website. Even better, we’d love to hear exactly how you, the company founder (as you have stated) was then so confused as to claim it as your reception area (as you did above.)

You mentioned your attorney. If he's not a criminal attorney, you might want to consider hiring one, as you have just acknowledged to the world that you have a fraudulent website, and I imagine there are some victims who will be happy to press charges.

bulldozermachinerylimited.com was registered with similar details to bulldozermachineryltd.com, so yes it can also be considered a fraudulent domain.

Currently bulldozermachinerylimited.com appears to have no content - unless it is hidden, so it is probably just being used by the scammer calling himself Theos Gallego to send fraudulent emails.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
