Recently me and my husband got in touch with this website apparently run from the UK.
First they asked us to send them our passport scanned and a contract signed (which does look quite serious)
after they would ask to us to send them a deposit equivalent to 1200 Euros in order to authorize someone to give us the keys of the apartment that we wanted in Berlin.
The website looks good as well as all the initial procedures, but this is a complete SCAM!!

Absolutely obvious Chinese scam ! Avoid any communication with them, who are pretending to be a Scottish real estate company from UK !

They start in a normal way like to send the passport details, but later require to pay for the deposit and a month payment without apartment checkup or anyhow proving to be a trusted company.

In case of suspect from potential customer they claim that they are in charge of more than 50 million euro property and they provide services only online. Don't believe to that bullshit. Any serious company would have at least a representative for trust.

Keep your nerves, money and time and avoid them.
