Not only is it bizarre for a company to trade under the name of a company that is dissolved, it is contrary to the law and no company would ever do it for obvious reasons.
Apart from it being impossible for an individual to turn in to an incorporated company, misunderstanding the basic legal concept of incorporation, having dissolved in 2009, there is no continuation of trading between the two separate companies. Companies House records no such change of name

WHOIS
The address where the company claims to be located is actually owned by another company as evidenced by this document issued by OFFICE OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSIONER (NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND) on 6th November 2013 who are recorded as being a company engaged in freight transport by road. The document notes restrictions on the number of vehicles that may use the site which is specifically, and more correctly, addressed 32-34 Midland Road.

In a broad transatlantic accent, for no apparent reason, the narrator refers to the company having been in existence for over 30 years (untrue) and ignores the company with two names issue. It did have a website under its real name but then swapped to the name and identity of a dissolved company (or vice versa) - who knows ?

There are so many discrepancies in this I could go on forever, and possibly will.
In its original incarnation when it actually had a website with a name that reflected its true corporate identity, it says

Must I check this out too ? I wonder where UK TRUCKS LTD comes in to the equation then.
That simplifies matters - there is not not, nor has there been a company of that name (JR TRUCKS LTD). Perhaps they're confused, but I'm not.
If you look at the Linkedin entry all previous companies are ignored.

In 2007 I turned into a limited company and changed the name from UK TRUCKS LTD to KINGDOM TRUCKS LTD with the aim of concentrating on selling quality Euipment to the retail customer at discount prices with minimal overheads ultimately saving customers money on quality retail equipment.

We are in business since 1998 and our mission is to provide the best construction, farm and agriculture equipments from combines to tractors, from harvesters to trailers, from planting to seeding machines. We try to provide the best prices on the market.
Starting out as a sole trader in 1998, I worked within the motor trade for 6 years buying and selling cars from the trade to the trade.
In 2011 I turned into a limited company and changed the name from JR TRUCKS LTD to KINGDOM TRUCKS LTD with the aim of concentrating on selling quality Euipment to the retail customer at discount prices with minimal overheads ultimately saving customers money on quality retail equipment.
