Fake banks, couriers, law firms, escrow and other fake sites used in scams.

Not only is it bizarre for a company to trade under the name of a company that is dissolved, it is contrary to the law and no company would ever do it for obvious reasons.

In 2007 I turned into a limited company and changed the name from UK TRUCKS LTD to KINGDOM TRUCKS LTD with the aim of concentrating on selling quality Euipment to the retail customer at discount prices with minimal overheads ultimately saving customers money on quality retail equipment.

Apart from it being impossible for an individual to turn in to an incorporated company, misunderstanding the basic legal concept of incorporation, having dissolved in 2009, there is no continuation of trading between the two separate companies. Companies House records no such change of name

The address where the company claims to be located is actually owned by another company as evidenced by this document issued by OFFICE OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSIONER (NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND) on 6th November 2013 who are recorded as being a company engaged in freight transport by road. The document notes restrictions on the number of vehicles that may use the site which is specifically, and more correctly, addressed 32-34 Midland Road.

If you had any doubts, then this video should leave none.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=155dq86WG7U

In a broad transatlantic accent, for no apparent reason, the narrator refers to the company having been in existence for over 30 years (untrue) and ignores the company with two names issue. It did have a website under its real name but then swapped to the name and identity of a dissolved company (or vice versa) - who knows ?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjg4N1hKcI0

There are so many discrepancies in this I could go on forever, and possibly will.

In its original incarnation when it actually had a website with a name that reflected its true corporate identity, it says

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:rHQEyC057AcJ:kingdom-trucks-ltd.com/about_us+&cd=9&hl=en&ct=clnk

We are in business since 1998 and our mission is to provide the best construction, farm and agriculture equipments from combines to tractors, from harvesters to trailers, from planting to seeding machines. We try to provide the best prices on the market.

Starting out as a sole trader in 1998, I worked within the motor trade for 6 years buying and selling cars from the trade to the trade.

In 2011 I turned into a limited company and changed the name from JR TRUCKS LTD to KINGDOM TRUCKS LTD with the aim of concentrating on selling quality Euipment to the retail customer at discount prices with minimal overheads ultimately saving customers money on quality retail equipment.

Must I check this out too ? I wonder where UK TRUCKS LTD comes in to the equation then.

That simplifies matters - there is not not, nor has there been a company of that name (JR TRUCKS LTD). Perhaps they're confused, but I'm not.

If you look at the Linkedin entry all previous companies are ignored.

ADMIN NOTE: This post was made by a low-life scammer who attempted to create a profile that looked like the profile of legitimate member Terrance Boyce. Note the "." in the middle of this user's name, and his joined date. He even tried to use the real Terrance's picture in his avatar, but I took the liberty of giving him a more appropriate image rather than tarnish the image used by a legitimate member. A legitimate individual who believes there is misinformation on this site would not make the effort to pass himself off as the real member. His deception proves that in reality this poster is a low-life scammer who is trying to use tricks to fool unsuspecting people.

Strange choice of name you have gone for there Terrance.Boyce, one would almost think that perhaps you are trying to pretend to be the long-term trusted member TerranceBoyce and to confuse people by contradicting the facts that he has posted.

Kingdom Trucks Ltd may well be a legitimate company (although possibly not for much longer if the Companies House information that you omitted to include is anything to go by), but they have no connection to the now defunct website uk-trucks.com.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Welcome low-life scamming worm!

I see that you have been busy today, trying to cover up negative reviews and information by posing as the original poster.

Found this attempt as well posted here: http://www.192.com/atoz/business/scunthorpe-dn16/agricultural-machinery-sales-service-and-repair/kingdom-trucks-ltd/20617189-b24f-47d9-949a-040a2e6dc586/ugc/

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused, the business is 100 % legit and the dealer is honest family person ! Note the date: This is the scammer, who has obviously been busy today. He has signed up using the same name as the victim, attempting to make it look like the original reviewer changed his mind. This is the same pathetic trick he tried here.

%100 fraud I,m not recommending to no one - Another follow-up post by the real reviewer

Mehmet Selamoglu - April 3, 2014 10:46 AM

This dealer is a fraud, do not purchase any trucks or equipment from them. The address is a fake, that is a scrap metal yard.
I paid for truck and trailer and they were never delivered. I also believe that there are others out there like myself, and hope that it won't happen to others. I did my research and 100% fraudulent dealer. I would like to be in contact with other like myself. This is the original post made by a victim of the scam.
