Mail Forwarding / Parcel Forwarding fee: our service fees for the forwarding on of one
shipment (NOT the actual shipping cost) are USD 15 via USPS; USD 25 via other shipping
providers. USPS sets limits to package sizes and for parcels delivered to Australia.
Please contact us beforehand if you want to make sure that your items comply with
particular guidelines.
Once your items are delivered to us, we will calculate the international shipping costs
which depend on weight of the parcels. USPS International Price Calculator will help you
to identify USPS shipping rates. In order to get the rates, select your country first.
The instructions are as follows: use Select Shape, then Package and set the weight and
press Continue to see the shipping options. We propose Priority Mail International,
Express Mail International and First Class Mail International (First Class is accessible
only for goods 4lbs and under). For instance, if you send your item to Australia and it
weighs 4lbs, the shipping calculator will indicate that the shipping fee is USD 38.75
via Priority Shipping, USD 51.50 via Express Shipping, and USD 31.89 via First Class.
Package Consolidation fee: USD 2.50 for consolidation of every additional order, placed
by you or ordered through Assisted Purchasing services. We repack orders into one
package to provide a possibility to reduce the cost of shipment to the minimum. Please
notice that for Amazon and eBay orders placed with different sellers and shipped singly,
Package Consolidation fee is set for every single order. Nevertheless, this fee does not
apply to back-ordered goods that are delivered at a later date to other items in an
order. To identify how goods are shipped we ask for order confirmation if the goods are
ordered from Amazon.
Administration fee: Administration fee of 3.9% of the total of payment is set to every
invoice, for example 3.9% of the above 2-3 values (it depends on the need of
consolidation).
With some orders documents should be sent by fax to the retailer. Then USD 5 fee is
additionally charged with Assisted Purchasing fee. For Assisted Purchases without Mail
Forwarding, the charge is 4% of the total cost of goods plus USD 10. The items of such
purchases are pdf books, accommodation, tickets or direct deliveries from the retailer
to another US address.
Auctions with successful bid and eBay ‘Buy It Now’ sales are charged with the regular
Assisted Purchasing fee. USD 3 fee is paid for unsuccessful auctions bids. An extra USD
3 non-refundable fee is charged for placement of bids with a sniper program.
Re-invoicing: in case you want to change the item when the invoice has already been
drawn up, we will create a new invoice free of charge. USD 3 fee is charged for further
changes. When re-invoicing has to be done because of out of stock item, this fee is not
charged.
Orders are stored at our address during eight weeks free of charge, then the storage fee
is set - USD 5 a week or part thereof, for each order, will be set during next 4 weeks.
Packages that weigh more than 20lbs have special storage fees that you can learn about
by sending your request. After 12 weeks in total of storage of your goods if no shipment
is made, we donate the goods to charity organizations. Only by using our Mail Forwarding
service can you get access to the storage service.
USD 5 Refund is set to any canceled order after they have already been processed with
other fees as domestic shipping. If the item is out of stock or backordered, this fee is
not applied. If you cancel your order, Assisted Purchasing Fee and Administration are
not refunded.
In the case when your goods need to be returned at your request or because they do not
satisfy shipping regulations (forbidden goods or size limitations), the Return Fee of
USD 5 plus the domestic shipping are charged. Assisted Purchasing Fee and Administration
fee are not refunded when items are returned back to the supplier.
Additional Shipment Fee: USD 12 for every extra shipment made on the same day. The
additional shipment fee is set if we have to take another container due to size limits
or if we split your items into several containers.
Handling Fee: USD 5 for every extra box. This fee is charged when shipping providers
other than USPS are used when there are several containers.
Heavy shipment fees: items up to 20lbs are not charged. For items over 20lbs fee of USD
10 is set for every extra 20lb. For instance, for items of 20lbs1oz-40lbs USD 10 fee is
paid; for items of 40lbs1oz-60lbs a USD 20 fee is paid, and so on.
Goods that do not comply with USPS limits are shipped by another provider, for instance
DHL. The cost of shipment with DHL depends on the weight and sizes of goods shipped.
That is why we need the information on the weight and size of the items shipped in order
to calculate DHL shipping fees.
Please, notice that we do not declare values of items to be lower than they are.
Receivers are responsible for customs taxes set by the receiver’s country.
PayPal rate is used to calculate the exchange rate when invoice is drawn up. That is
mainly the spot rate minus 2.5 cents. The rate is generally almost the same rate a bank
charges with foreign currency transactions.
You examine the invoice, pay it through PayPal.
