Five steps to a secure transaction

Step 1: Buyer and Seller agree to the terms and conditions. Both parties agree to the exact description. It establishes an inspection period and a value.

Step 2: Buyer shall pay within 48 hours the purchase price to our trust account. The seller receives notice of the money transfer and give the machine including all associated files to Chrystian Handzlik Spedition. We will check if the machine is identical to the item description (mechanical defects will be EXCLUDED).

Step 3: Chrystian Handzlik Spedition will transport the machine within the delivery time from seller to buyer. Through our Track & Trace service , the current position (status of delivery) can be tracked at any time for both parties .

Step 4: Buyer receives the machine . The buyer must inspect the machine and confirms the machine receipt . Within the agreed inspection period , the buyer has the right to approve or reject the purchase of machine .

Step 5: In case of purchase confirmation or after the inspection period, Chrystian Handzlik Spedition will pay the purchase price to the seller. The transaction is completed.

** IMPORTANT: If the buyer is not satisfied with the machine , Chrystian Handzlik Spedition needs to be contacted within the inspection period. In most cases a solution can be negotiated. If this is not possible, the machine will be sent back to the seller and the purchase price will be paid back to the buyer. In this case the seller will assume all transportation and transaction costs.

*** Please note that machine can mean tractors , combines , diggers , auto vehicles , etc .

Wie lange habe ich als Käufer Zeit, die Ware zu prüfen?
Nach Erhalt der Ware haben Sie 5 Tage Zeit zur Prüfung.Spätestens am 5. Tag nach Wareneingang sollten Sie entweder den Empfang bestätigen oder eine Reklamation abgeben.Wenn wir am 6. Tag nach der Auslieferung der Ware keine Reklamation erhalten haben,wird der Treuhandbetrag von uns automatisch auf das Bankkonto des Verkäufers überwiesen.
Was passiert, wenn der Käufer die Annahme der Ware verweigert?
In diesem Fall wird die Ware zum Verkäufer zurückgesandt. Der Käufer erhält den Zahlungsbetrag nach Abzug der Treuhandgebühr von unserem Treuhandkonto auf sein Bankkonto zurücküberwiesen.

**WICHTIG: Falls der Käufer mit der Ware nicht zufrieden ist, muss der Chrystian Handzlik Spedition innerhalb der Inspektionsfrist kontaktiert werden. In den meisten Fällen kann eine Lösung ausgehandelt werden. Falls dies nicht möglich ist, wird die Ware wieder an den Verkäufer zurückgesendet und den Kaufpreis an den Käufer zurück überwiesen. Im diesem Fall der Verkäufer wird alle Transportkosten und Transactionkosten übernehmen.
