These guys attempt to get people to a virtual bank's web site, copied from an existing bank. The links are really going to:
http:/ /www. residentsforreform .com
http:// www. alexmitu .ro
All they want is the set of banking passwords and codes acquired on the fake web sites.
They are from Romania and play roles in many scams. It appears that the police has not yet captured them but evidently will since these people are most active. They are behind many scams in Europe.
