Starting out as a sole trader in 1996,I worked within the motor trade for 6 years buying and selling cars from the trade to the trade.

In 2002 I turned into a limited company and changed the name from Tom Cars to Thomas D. Pemberton Ltd.(Thomas AutoSales)with the aim of concentrating on selling quality cars and farm machinery to the retail customer at discount prices with minimal overheads ultimately saving customers money on quality retail vehicles.

By 2008 the company had flourished and we started to import new and used cars from overseas as well as going upmarket in the quality of used cars that we sold,selling cars from £5,000 to more than £100,000.

Today we find ourselves in a very competitive market with car supermarkets and internet companies offering the customer much more choice and freedom.now we find we have to price cars extremely competitively and cut our margins as the internet and our website is our showroom,therefore we no longer have the vast margins that main dealers can retain.but due to our low pricing strategy we are selling more cars than ever,with over 200 cars sold in the last 12 months.

All cars sold are personally dealt with by myself or Steven my sales advisor,from the beginning of the enquiry to handing over the keys upon collection and any subsequent enquiries or problems I can guarantee that we answer the phone to sort it out.

I have 3 dedicated members of staff, Steven as mentioned earlier is my sales advisor. he also controls all of the website, internet systems, administration and finance. he also manages all cars we tend to carry in stock! if there is anything he doesnt know about cars its not worth knowing! my other 2 members of staff are father and son,Barry and Matt,both valeting technicians.They have worked here for over 7 years! their attention to detail is fantastic and their role is to get that showroom look on your new car using the latest approved autoglym products.

All of the cars offered in our showroom are physically available to view and buy not like many companies who first of all sell the car then try to buy later or offer cars and take big deposits so that they can fund the purchase of your new car.

30% deposit secures your new car with the balance upon collection,if you are buying a new car I will deal with the registration and have a selection of new registration numbers to choose from.

All cars are handed over professionally valeted, with a full check over and new number plates,if you want private plates ordering there is a charge of £20. there is no administration charge for buying a car from us and finance can be arranged through a number of finance companies ie ING, Close Motor Finance and Carlyle Finance.

Reserve your wanted vehicle by providing us a 30% deposit from the total value.
Come to our location and pick up your vehicle.
Enjoy your free 7 days vehicle trial testing,if you wish.(7 days Road insurance offered by us)
Pay the remaining balance of 70% from the total price and register the vehicle into your name ONLY if you are fully satisfied with our vehicle.
Your 30% deposit can be refunded in full after the trial testing if you dislike our vehicle,and you will choose to decline the purchase.
All prices include free delivery,7 days free trial testing,7 days Road Insurance and 12 Months warranty without limit of miles.

In the same day when our Bank will confirm your payment we will start the shipping formalities.
In the next 24 hours to 7 days or more(delivery time depends of your location) you will receive the vehicle.After you receive the vehicle you have free 7 days vehicle trial testing,if you wish.(7 days Road insurance offered by us).After 7 days trial testing you must confirm us the results of inspection to (if you keep or not the vehicle).
- If you like the vehicle you will have to complete the purchasing documents and register the vehicle into your name.
- If you dislike the vehicle your payment will be refunded in full and the vehicle will be returned to our location on our expenses in the same way and conditions that was shipped to you.
