Yes, fake. Some 'lady' named Elizabeth tried it today on me. Said her husband died and she owned his appartment. after I told this person that I had have confirmation it was a hoax, this person still tried to convince me to work with payment rent...

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

She tried the same on my boyfriend and I as well. Asked us for a downpayment of 1.500 euros in order to ship the keys to Belgium se we could take a look at an apartment she was putting up for rent.

We reported it online as fraud with the Police!
