This is a Nigerian front. The phone numbers listed on the site redirect to Nigeria or Kenya. If you try to pay you will eventually be asked to email them your credit card details.
If you look up the owner of the domain you will find [email protected]. Search for that address on google or this site and you will see this is a scammer's address.
