can someone tell me is this scam?

im trying to buy a vcc..managed to add the contact in skype.. however.. he replied with "hello" then never answer my question anymore

The website has been around since 2008, but there are no physical contact details or mention of who runs the site and the domain is registered anonymously - not a "business" I would trust to send my money to.

Add to that, a free email address ([email protected]) for support and a fake Godaddy Secured logo and it looks even worse.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
