I was in contact like all the with all the scammers and find again this activ page equipment-solutions-ltd.com Bobcat 328 . The site isn't actually down as such when there is a big DDOS attack it just ducks down under a shield and rides it out. They are similar like other asking for money in advance.
This one seams to be the most stupid one using the same real company like other scammers:
