GENERAL PURPOSE

Perform clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of transactions from customers. To become Customer Assistant you must have good organizational skills and be able to work under deadline pressure.

SCHEME OF WORK

1. Receive transfers from our customers to your bank account;
2. Withdraw funds from your bank account;
3. Send them to our manager (using different transfer methods such as: Western Union or MoneyGram) following the instructions;
4. By the end of each month you need to create the statement for every transaction you've made.

JOB ACTIVITIES

We sometimes have customers that owe us funds and pay us in financial instruments cashable only in the local area. Since we work all over the world, it is much easier for our customers to transfer money to our Customer Assistant who are in the same area. After receiving funds Customer Assistant must record information about transfer and report. Then send money to one of our branches.

SALARY

Customer Assistant's fee is $720.00 per week + 10 % commission from the successfully transferred payment.

The fee can be retrieved after the money is available on the assistant's bank account. Also all the expenses connected with money transactions to our representatives are paid by our company. There is that number of regional assistants in each country so that on each of the assistants could handle 4 transactions per week. It makes easy for our agents to earn good money without any overstrain.
1. The first 14 days is a probation period - you will work with your own Bank account to process the transfers. Salary will be 5% for every completed order. For example, if 5000$ were sent to your bank account your percentage fee would be 250$. The remaining amount of 4750$ should be sent to us according to our instructions. If funds transferring costs 250$ you will need to take these 250$ from 4750$. So at the end the final amount we should receive will be 4500$;
2. After the first 14 days of work you receive documents for opening of a corporate account with a name of our company, also your salary will increase up to $720.00 per week + 10 percent commission. For example, if 5000$ were sent to your bank account your percentage fee would be 500$. The remaining amount of 4500$ should be sent to us according to our instructions. If funds transferring costs 250$ you will need to take these 250$ from 4500$. So at the end the final amount we should receive will be 4250$.

WHY DO WE NEED CUSTOMER ASSISTANT? WHAT DOES IT GIVE US?

1. Reduces expenses for offices maintenance (as Customer Assistant is an official company's representative, so the construction and maintenance of the office is not required);
2. Number of clients is increased (as many customers can't make an international money transfer);
3. Our service is increased (as the international transfer needs about 5 days to reach our official local office and then a couple of days to reach the performers branch. Consequently, it slows down our work significantly. It'd be much faster if Customer Assistant receives the money and directs them to the appropriate department/branch. This is how we reduce terms of payments expectation and can provide a service to the customer more promptly);
4. Improves quality of reporting (each Customer Assistant is responsible for one's region. That system allows us to quickly and accurately make up all the reports and avoid their mess up.)

THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

1. You can combine it with your main job. For example, you can make the transaction during your lunch time;
2. Your education or job experience does not matter to us. We demand only be at least 21 years old;
3. Making this kind of job takes a short time. One transaction takes on average from 1 till 3 hours according to the distance to the nearest branch of your bank;
4. We demand the only knowledge and possibility for using an e-mail and to calculate your fee correctly;
5. It is simple to get this job. You must have good credit and no criminal records;
6. Due to the fact that you receive $720.00 per week + 10 % commission from the successfully transferred payment, you can choose the number of transactions you would like to receive yourself, if there are extra transactions besides the number which we demand. Also if you have got any problems which prevent you from making the transactions for some time (you are going to a vacation, fell ill or you are involved in your main job activities), you can just inform us about it and confirm the exact date when you'll be ready to receive the payment again or just let us know when you are ready and we will continue our cooperation.
