Once you have filled out the booking form with your personal details, you will most likely receive this reply:
Hi,

The booking has been confirmed and you can go ahead with the payment. The payment is through bank transfer and is paid directly to the Landlord's account, as soon as you are ready to make the payment we shall send the bank details to you.

Note that payment must be done within 48 hours of receiving the details.

Best Regards,

Daniel Mandillas

The email address used is a "free" email address and not a company's.
The I.P. address from the email is 41.155.37.51 which resolves to Nigeria. A country cursed with scammers of this type
The site was only created on the 8th May this year.
The mobile numbers used are Flextel redirect numbers. They look like uk mobiles.
The company has no landline.
An example from the site is that the text from http://www.aldoserviceapartment.com/blank_55.html is actually cut and pasted from here - http://www.foxtons.co.uk/rental-property-in-chelsea/chpk2573747
The fraudulant site states that it is a one bedroom apartment but the text states that it is three bed over five floors!
The rents are far too cheap for an affluent area.

My advice is to stay clear of this site.
