Mode Note: Please note that this post was made by the scammer himself in order to try and salvage his scam.
It has been left here for people to see how devious these thieves can be!

We hope that you are fine.

We have noticed that you have posted us on your website as a scamer.

Ref link: http://www.scammed.by/indexfrom.php?ema ... uki.co.jp#

Oizumi Juki Co., Ltd is heavy equipment trading firm based in Japan. We are on social media as well. And if we were doing fraud or something like then we might have been caught since ages ago because down here in Japan it is not easy to play around with Japanese government. We do business at a large scale and we send offers through email campaigns to our respected customers.

You are therefore requested please let us know that you guys posted us at your website. As we are Japanese you can not do such kind of things with Japanese companies to bring down our reputation. As we spoke to our firm Lawyer, his comments:

According to Act of 1952, it is a case of defamation, could be sued and this website could be shut down from official govt IT department and will be fined as well.

"The publication of any false imputation concerning a person, or a member of his family, whether living or dead, by which (a) the reputation of that person is likely to be injured or (b) he is likely to be injured in his profession or trade or (c) other persons are likely to be induced to shun, avoid, ridicule or despise him.

Publication of defamatory matter can be by (a) spoken words or audible sound or (b) words intended to be read by sight or touch or (c) signs, signals, gestures or visible representations, and must be done to a person other than the person defamed."

So according to the matter of fact please let us know that why this thing has happened? And please remove this ASAP.

As it is good to know that you are doing a great job to serve people but this info is wrong. And it is effecting our reputation

Looking forward to your kind response.

Those "respected customers" seem to included any email address they can grab off the Internet, including my warning address and both of my catchers that are on the MuguGuestbook. I assume as he's on Scammed-by he also got their catcher as well.

I'm still trying to decide if the domain is legit, but it is the Gmail that was listed - why use a Gmail if you own a domain.

Just had a look at the Scammed.by post and they have the IP as possibly coming from Pakistan, so I've been back through my catcher to find the original mail I received an there are various ones - one sent directly from Gmail, another from Gmail using MailChimp and a third sent using the [email protected] address, which also has a Pakistani IP.

Received: from OizumiJukiPC ([39.32.76.188])

The email was Bcc'd to the recipients, who were not "customers" as the scammer likes to claim - typical spammer/scammer behavior.

Here is where the email was sent from.

Numerous spam emails over a 2 week period and every one of them originates from Pakistan.

Here are a few emails from the scammer protesting his innocence

Thanks for your prompt reply. We use gmail account because currently our server is new and we are not allowed mass mailing so that is why for a time being we are using gmail account. And we are in this business from 17 years. Now please remove us from there. Thanks

A legitimate business would have no problem being allowed to mail their real customers - of course, this scammer is just randomly emailing any address he manages to find on the Internet (or buy from other scammers/spammers).

They claim to be in business for 17 years, yet their website and Facebook page only appeared in the last few months - prior to that there is no Internet presence at all for them.

Look. The email addresses we possess are our customer and what is your problem why are you doing this?

We have thousands of addresses and it is possible that we got his email address mistakenly and if you have his address please send us so we could remove him from our email list. Thanks

So, the email addresses are all their customers, but some may have got in their mailing list "mistakenly" - not quite sure how that would happen.

I'm not in Japan currently please give your contact number so our lawyer may call you and discuss this issue. Thanks and Regards

How convenient

Visit our website www.oizumijuki.co.jp it is Co., Ltd company. And you know our business is on worldwide so we do visit countries to make good relation with reputed companies and according to that we do work where ever we are it is not necessary to stay always in homeland we have to travel and we cannot stop our business we do send emails if we are abroad.

You would think that a legitimate business would have a marketing department or admin people who would take care of things like their email campaigns.

Oizumi Juki Co., Ltd seem to only have one person "working" for them (Kaneko N) and it appears that he is permanently in Pakistan.

For the Google Bots, here's the scammer's details again

Oizumi Juki Co., LTD

+81-3-4530-9782 = +81345309782
+81-3-4530-9800 = +81345309800

Screen grabs to follow

Many time same crane is for selling on many website. We also post our cranes on big portal.
- Many time seller give its crane details on many website.
- Old cranes are sold many time in different duration and from different geo locations.

You can't sell a machine you don't own [FACT] You can advertise it for sale, but not sell it. If you don't own it, you should say so, and also state where it is located. The obvious implication being that you are misrepresenting that you own the machinery.

If you are operating as a simple ad site - just say so. Unfortunately on your 'About' page you state that you SELL machinery. I will repeat again that you can't sell machinery that you don't own in the same way that I cannot sell the Queen of England's Crown Jewels.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
