Right now the rental package (keys and documents) is in our company's custody.

So I have appeared to come across the exact same person, with name of Christopher David Rasmussen. He posted an add on kiji with a couple really nice photos, but did not include address or a detailed description of the place he was offering for rent.

I emailed him with inquires about the location and description. He emailed me back with a full description and 14 amazing pictures of the place. For the price of $750 a month it sounded just to good to be true. But, I proceeded following the process to move forward to go about the renting procedure.

He was claiming he was a civil engineer who moved to London on a 4 year contract and the reason he was offering such cheap rent, was because he wanted someone to keep his home well-maintained while he was away. So, he proceeded by saying since, he was residing in London we would need to use a 3rd independent party to help both of us, perform the transaction safely.

He provided me with his Passport, to show that he was serious.

The final email to secure the transaction, was almost identical to the one posted.
