Buy a used car Scam quite sophisticated I might add

Hello All, I recently searched for a used car (Subaru Forester) at the Israeli biggest second hand online board. A specific post caught my attention because the price was significantly lower compares to the market. There was no answer the phone so I emailed the seller. Got a response from a guy from Finland saying he worked in Israel, found another job in an oil rig in the north see, he couldn't use his Subaru in Finland because of his IL registration so he has to sell the car in Israel. The story sounds good, the email is very well written and the car in the images attached looks good as well. The seller told me that a shipping company will contact me and they will ship it and sell it to me on his behalf.
after a day I got an email from a company called TGT TransContinental Freight site: http://www.tgt-freight.eu
the site looks good and they have many link to documents that proves their legal status and also a test done by their inspector to that specific Subaru. They also have live links to many online sites with articles like http://sportspromedia-com.pressfrs.com/news/TGT-TransContinental-Freight-ISAF-official-logistics-and-shipping-supplier.html and http://commercialmotor-com.pressfrs.com/latest-news/TGT-TransContinental-Freight-secures-mercedes-benz-contract-extension.html and about 6 more. (notice that the URL is wrong but the site is legitimate . to make a long story short, I googled their phone number, found another fake Finland shipping company under the same number and also the image they used on the google + account of the seller was of the former president of Brazil
