Held in Trust is independent Marketing and sales company operating in USA Metropolitan area. Founded by Troy F. Stewfelt and James Stewfelt. They took on the task of expanding and developing a company that had enjoyed many early successes. Held in Trust went on to develop it expertise within the marketing field. Troy added to the company’s offerings by handing license transfers, bulk sale management, sale of automobile dealerships as well as other business.
Both James and Troy also served as Presidents of the Marketing Institute of Germany. The Stewfelts are now well into a second generation of marketing and sales specialists contributing to the success of Held in Trust.
Since 2005, Held in Trust - has evolved from just Marketing Solutions Company also into a global advisory company specializing in investment products, consulting services, and technology solutions. We have worked throughout our history to maintain our strong commitment to our clients and to retain our position of leadership in providing innovative ideas to the investment industry as well as providing Developing Services.
In 2006, Held in Trust was formed to address the needs of the plan sponsor community. We believe that fund sponsors need to shape their own investment strategies, and we provide support and tools to do so. For 7 years, Held in Trust - has worked with some of the largest fund sponsors, providing comprehensive investment consulting to assist them in making informed decisions. Innovations like performance fees and style mapping in equity management grew out of our consulting work.
In 2007, Held in Trust - launched its first Private Equity fund of funds, meeting the growing needs institutional investors' appetite for alternative investments.
