This South African based lottery scam has been active for some time and sadly, a few victims have lost a great deal of money.
This scam is specifically targeting named individuals, mainly from Asia and Africa. Victims are initially required to pay a Mobilization fee. More fees are demanded until the victim realises that they have been scammed.
Genuine Lottery organizations do not require any fees to release winnings to a real winner.
