I recieved this.... I seached the sender...Its is a Robert Jackson / Lab Assistant 1.. with Osson Labs at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine

It is very likely that Robert Jackson wasn't the sender--rather, his email account was probably hacked or phished. Scammers routinely use others' email addresses to send out their scams, especially networks that are less likely to have a limit on the number of recipients, because they can spam more people without the email being stopped.
