This is a scam.
There is no lottery and no prize to collect.
You can't win a lottery you did not enter.
It asks for a payment before you get any money and this is a classic 419 advance fee fraud.
Send it no personal details , and remember that any request to transfer money via Western Union or Moneygram to someone you have not actually met and do not personally know is ALWAYS A SCAM
Often these messages are called phishing mails. They are sent out to thousands of people, and not just you, in the hope that greed will overcome your defences and you will part with money. Ignore the message and delete it and don't reply to sender. They will soon go away.

(Note that the sender is semi literate and makes many mistakes in the text, and yet the claim is to promote literacy!)

This is not a UK number but a redirect service to country code 701 which is NIGERIA

No Rajesh, the email you received is false.

RE: informing you that MR. Frank Paul, Special Chief Diplomat will be leaving for INDIA to make delivery of your cash award prize through British Airways.

That sentence is just a fairy story contrived by the scammer to sucker you in. No one in their right mind will travel by aircraft carrying money of that description. The DR Mark Jude character the scammer uses is a well known scammer name. There are numerous other scam warnings this scammer offers vast sums of monies in similar scam attempts. You will be doing yourself a favour by disregarding any further communications with the scammer.
