I'm posting it up here as I'm doing some warnings and will link the potential victims back here

They don't do lotteries - end of story.

It's a lie and a scam. The mail is sent out by a liar and a thief. Any money you send out will be stolen and you won't receive a cent in return.

Microsoft do not make or receive payments using Western Union. They have bank accounts - lots of them, all in the name of Microsoft.
