This is supposed to be the UK National Lottery, only the UK lottery does not draw email addresses, use a payment agent called "Stallion" or have a West African payment section.

Never trust a smiling duck.

This one started with two lines of Japanese characters, apparently because the scammer used Yahoo's "announce your new email" function. I have been told that the two lines translate as "We inform you about the new address" and then "New mail address".

The sender didn't even bother to try to rationalize why they were claiming Japanese and Spanish yahoo email accounts, or how a UK lottery was supposedly holding draws in Dubai. In any case, this email appears to have originated in Lagos, Nigeria.
