Another scam.
ANY supposed Microsoft lottery is a scam, no matter how the name changes. Here is where Microsoft tells you there is NO such thing as a Microsoft lottery: http://www.microsoft.com/security/resou ... hatis.aspx

Again, also a redirect phone number, which means someone is pretending to be in UK when they are not.

Just to make it clear: any lottery that requires you to send any money to anyone, for any reason is a scam. In a real lottery, any taxes, etc. are deducted directly from the winnings, and they are generally taken out before you even receive the money.
