The headers seem to point to 193.86.238.3 - Praha, Czech Republic.
Don't let the header fool you into thinking this is in any way legit. It is a scam, a rather standard lotto scam. You will need to pay fees to claim your prize.
You'll never win a lottery you didn't enter and even if you did win, they wouldn't ask to chat on yahoo messenger.
