That email address is posted because the people using that address are criminals. They contact people and pretend that they have won a lottery. They then tell their victims that they have to pay fees in order to collect their winnings.

If someone has contacted you telling you that you have won a prize or gift from a coca cola lottery, then you have not won anything. It is a scam to steal your money.

The best thing you can do is stop all contact with these people.
