This is ascam and a half how can someboby use the names o other companies and without the use of their copyright??? and ho do they get away with it if its known about??

Hi and welcome to Scamwarners.
There may well be copyright issues here, but it's academic unless you catch the scammers.
And it's impossible to catch Internet scammers. They work out of countries with inadequate and even corrupt law enforcement, often from Internet cafes. And their victims are spread out all over the world.
The victims' police are rarely interested. This isn't a criticism as they have limited resources, and international crimes are more complicated than most.
When I said impossible, there is an odd arrest every now and then, but it's a drop in the ocean.
