Welcome to ScamWarners adilhussain. This is absolutely a scam. The phone number used is a redirect phone number which allows the scammer to appear to be in the UK, but be anyplace else in the world.

Also it is NOT possible to win a lottery you did not enter. Real lotteries do not contact you by email when you win. You have to present the winning ticket to win.

I am sorry, you did not win. You are a winner in that you weren't taken in by this scammer.

And the above mentioned phone number has been linked to other lottery type scams previously. Going back to 2008 from what I can see.
