This is a short email, sent back in May, but if the scammer feels that it was successful. an updated version will still be about. There was no Sweepstake Programme, however, and therefore there are no winnings to claim. The scammer will just charge 'fees' for the delivery of the non-existent winnings. The non-existent winnings, of course, will never ever arrive.
