This email is from a scammer who wants you to believe that this "E lottery" organisation has 9 category 2 winners who will receive 1.35 million Euro each, who knows what the category 1 prize was.
Now, lets consider this, a company that is giving away in excess of 10 million Euro is using a hotmail email address, I think not.
