This scam email comes to you from a Luckymail.com email address, it should be noted that Luckymail is a free email provider that is widely used by lottery scammers and never used by real lotteries

Of interest is the person you are supposed to contact, Dr. Fred walter (Claim Director)
Scammers love to tell you they are Doctors or priests, by doing so they believe their scam will look more realistic as Doctors and Reverands are generally viewed as being honest people, in reality, why would a Doctor or Reverand be a claims Director for a lottery?

It is make believe that only exists in a scammers fantasy in an attempt to steal from people

This is a scam. There are no winnings to receive. The prize money is invented. There is no winning account to activate. The scammer is lying. He wants to trick you into sending him money. You have not won the lottery. It is all untrue.
