This email is designed to steal your money.
You have been told that you have won a large prize but in order to receive that prize you will be required to pay fees, of course, the prize does not exist, only the endless fees you will be asked to pay.
In these scams you will often find proof that it is a scam by searching on the batch / serial numbers given and this email is no exception;
Here is a search on teh serial number used; Right Click and open link in new window to see how many other emails are posted with the exact title and reference number
