This scam email appears to have been sent by a Singapore based scammer 165.21.101.119 Singapore (Singapore)*

Regardless of where it originated the intention is the same, it is designed to steal your money.

You will be asked to pay fees in order to receive this money, regardless of how many fees you pay, you will never receive a single cent, it is a scam.
