Yes, it's very possible. Scammers often run more than one type of scam at a time--so it could be that your scammer is running lottery scams as well as romance scams. In addition, they will share or sell information on victims who have paid or show strong potential to pay. So, unfortunately, what that means is that you have made it onto a "good victim" list and can expect to continue to see more scams.
