It's 100% scam. I have yet to hear about the first people that won a lottery they didn't even sign up for, they want you to contact them through a free email provider (their mail addy even has spelling mistakes in it), the telephone number is a redirect phone number, ...

Just delete the mail from your inbox, don't even take the time to reply to it. Well done on spotting the scam! :D
