This is a scam. The Just Lottery website states:
If you didn't enter the lottery, you have not won it - all such lottery emails or letters are a scam in an attempt to get money from you. You should ignore them.
Scammers add this website address or product name to their emails to make them look more authentic. We never send emails saying anyone has won a lottery!!
