The 'winning numbers' may have been the correct winning numbers for a Canadian Lottery held that day, but this is not a genuine notification of winning: it is a scam.
The telephone number is not the number of the Yorkshire Bank, but is a +44-70 redirect number, which redirects all calls to the scammer's own telephone, anywhere in the world where he is really located. The Yorkshire Bank does not use email addresses which end with london.com or accountant.com - these are free webmail addresses, available to anyone, but frequently used by scammers because they think that these type of email addresses make the scam appear more believable.
