This email has been sent by a scammer from a compromised email address in order to look more legitimate, exactly how a university email address would look more like a representative of a lotteery i am unsure but what i do know without a doubt is that this is a scam.

there is no winning waiting for you, there are only fees for you to be and the fees will only stop when you stop paying them.

Please delete and ignore, its a scam
