I'm wondering if I'm being scammed by this guy - does anyone recognize him?

I am Mark benson McClinctock. I am 44years old and i have a daughter , her name is stephanie, she lives with her mom.. i i am originally from australia but right now i am working with the military in the united states as a contractor.. i am into construction. I like to play chess, volleyball, movies, write poems, cooking, dancing, camping, traveling, listening to songs. my eyes are brown and i am 6ft tall. my favorite food is chicken and pasta, color is blue

i know the person in this picture. He is not a scammer and really he is in georgia. sometimes all these posts are not what it is about the person. why create something like this? we all know military got rules cause i work in the base too

We know that scammers steal photo's.
