I've been talking to this same guy as "Joe Downs" he's asked for iTunes gift cards to use. He's promised to be home from Turkey in 2 weeks. I'm supposed to be picking him up at the airport. He's already asked me to marry him. I've known he's a fake but have been trying to get him to admit it. He has no conscience. I met him on tender and he uses plus text app. Email [email protected] I have several pictures of "him" but not sure how to post them.

It's best to just drop all communication with him. Do not tell him you know he's a scammer and do not tell him you've reported him here.

He goes by Joe Downs from Pittsburgh, PA and says he is in Special Black Ops in the US Army. That is why he cannot tell me anything about him. But he sent me his fake itinerary and fake passport. I know the passport is fake because it does not meet US regulations. He has scammed me out of ITunes gift cards saying they can use them for their phones. They have special phones and cant take pictures or Skype either. He uses the phone numbers 412-690-1594 and a text plus number 336-899-8702. He claims his bank account is locked and cannot be taken care of until he is there in person. He needed money to repair his laptop, phone, and pay a medical bill. He also ask me to send an email to his attorney because he has an inheritance from his later father. He said he was born in Brazil but moved to the US when he was 12. He said he had an 18 year old son going into the Army as well. He wanted me to send my ID to his attorney so we could claim the funds as a couple since he needed to be married to claim it. I did research the attorneys he gave me and they both have fake documents online as well. He is a real charmer until he doesn't get his way then he can just be mean, controlling, and nasty. Please keep clear of this guy.

I have not visited Brazil since I left when my Parents passed away, I

Stolen image the scammer is using.

Well he's still going strong, got a new number, (631)542-5413, Claiming to be originally English, born in Birmingham, moved to USA to Florida as a 15 year old with his mum and dad and Brother. Stayed single for most of his adult life due to Army commitments, 1st Red flag was he told me that like me, both his parents were dead, then he told me, that his Dad and his Brother moved to Spain, Nr Barcelona, but he is no longer is contact with either of them,
He said he then met and married and settled in Phoenix Arizona, but unfortunately the marriage ended afterr 2 years, but they had one daughter, Katie aged 4, and she is his absolute pride and joy, he and his had separated when Katie was 3, and then she died a year later of cancer and he is now a single father and he tries not to think about it, as he misses Katie so much, but she is close by in New York with a Nanny, and he is based at Fort Drum, where they are on high alert because of the threats and his job in 'Special Ops' is very demanding, but he is due to retire end of August 2018, and he is going to bring her to UK..
2nd red Flag, would I be willing to relocate, as he feels an immense connection to me...
I'm in 2 minds whether to continue his charade, and wait till he asks me for money, lol

Other things that set alarm bells off, was the continual use of calling me baby and sweet baby.
and also the fact that his understand of the English written word is not good, and
finally, every question I asked him, he took ages to reply, and his reply was the same
as what was on Wiki, haha.

I have loads of new pictures from him that haven't been advertised on here or on other sites that have had him reported on, if someone would lie to send me there email, I can send them to you for you put on here, as I don't have a program to allow me to find a link code to be able to add.
