Is this a scammer

I just started talking to a guy named Michael Pitts. I found posts on here about him, and I'm pretty sure it's the same guy. Met him on match.com. He claims to be from Seattle. He sent me an email and I checked the IP address. It does come out as Seattle. But I know he's a scammer. I'm very sure about that. Just the way he chats and writes. So here is the header from the email. Could you tell me, how I could find out, where he is really at? Or are there any indications on the header what would tell me that he is not in Seattle and is a scammer.

In order to tell you whether he is a scammer for certain, we would need to see the actual emails he wrote.

As far as location, though--the Seattle IP belongs to a company that provides virtual private servers--which can be (and often are) used to disguise the sender's true location--so it is definitely possible that the author is not where he claims to be.

If he's supposed to be in Seattle, why is he listed as being in New York I wonder?

If you take a second look, you will notice the punctuation, grammar and spacing are way off, however uses words like, passionate, unconventional, elusive and chemistry. A person with this type of vocabulary would better writing skills.

Exact same email as the one previously posted. I was leery from the beginning as what appears to be too good to be true with all the right words is usually a scam. Yes, he posted another picture that is different from the one already on this site. How does a Norwegian have a name like James Wood? He doesn't! Women beware of the multitude of scammers on dating site. If you get that strange feeling in your gut, pay attention, and don't get involved, disconnect from the scammer immediately. Yes here is your scammer and the text quote gives many more scam links than I add here as well as more of the identical text. It is likely to be same one. They are not inventive, nor educated.
