Yes indeed it is FC. The ISP being Millicom Ghana Limited and is located in the Subinso area which is in a northwesterly direction away from the capital.
The scammer has also attempted to alter the header.

Has he really Jolly-Roger? Not very clever is he! It also shows an ip address in USA. This came up when I put the header into iptracker online.

You can rest assured he will get around to it. Usually the target is pounced upon quickly. In some instances the scammer can take months to groom the target. Anything to do with this so called internet dating is risky I'm afraid to say.

I think the big players in the internet dating game need to accept more responsibility for the situation! All they do is take the money then hold their hands up and say 'its not our responsibility!'
