Sa@alerter wrote:Hi all I am new to this forum and firstly would share the details of scammer on trydate app, there may be more of them or a single bastard with many profiles.

Email of scammer: [email protected]

phone numbers from Alabama:
fake girl Ashley Ashata Wilson said moved from Texas (who most probably is made up by scammer) 512 234 2231

Dad's (scammer) number 256 520 3610

these types of scams may be more common in almost every dating app nowadays. I was depressed yesterday as the scammer pulled me into sexting and sent email of nudes and then the same old story of his daughter being a minor and breaking his wife's work laptop.

I was damn worried and looked up online because something was not seeming truthful here. now I told the scammer to fu off and to reveal his numbers to authorities and FBI and still the bastard adamantly sends SMS asking to which person will I complain and saying that I am obstructing his civil rights to know details hahaha.... he will hear a mouthful of abuses the next time he calls me. :laugh-s:

be careful on dating apps almost 90 percentage of profiles may be fake.

So a few days ago, I started messaging a girl on okcupid whose profile said she was 18. When I was trying just to conversate with her, I would get very vague short answers And most of her face was covered with her phone in her 1 picture on her profile. And so I get a call from her supposed dad who threatened to call the cops because she is actually 16 but I told him and reiterated had I known that I wouldn’t have tried to make plans and just left her alone. but then said if I can cover I think it was the phone bill or the phone itself (it was hard to understand him clearly with my flip phone) then he won’t get the cops involved. I loaded 94$ onto a onevanilla card and gave him the information on it. So now as long as I can get 356$ This Friday (which my next check will cover it) then he’ll leave me be.
I’ve been scammed before and the big thing that makes me think it could be a scam is that the girls cell numbers area code was 740 Ohio and his cells area code is 803 South Carolina. And I’m in Oregon nowhere near those places. Do people scam people by posting jailbait pics and then threatening to call the cops unless I pay them for phone bills or whatever reason they say? Any help would be much appreciated

The dads number is 740-417-6943
And stupidly I deleted my account with okcupid so I can’t look at my messages to find her number again. I do remember the area code is 803 though. Which is weird cause that’s South Carolina. On the other side of the us

I have been victim of a Blackmail - Sextortion scam recently.
Met this girl on travel girls.com from morocco. Invited me to a Skype chat and rest his history.

Username on travel girls.com : Hind (25 years old)
skype username: live.hind.ouall92
email : [email protected]
Asked me for 25000 Moroccan Dirhams (2000 Euros). Finally agreed on 15000 Moroccan Dirhams (1350 Euros) which unfortunately i paid through Western Union.
Money was sent in two transactions in the name of AHMED EL BOUANANI to Morocco.
Western Union (transaction code) MTCN - 502-091-4935 and MTCN 235-015-5074
Did not add the scammer on Facebook, but sent a link to my Facebook profile from where he/she was able to get my friend list. Im surprised how he/she did that because my privacy settings did not allow anyone to see my friend list. As soon as the scammer threatened me, i immediately deactivated my Facebook, instagram and other social media profiles. However he/she already had my friend list.

After receiving the money the scammer appears to have backed off. Lets see

I had a similar experience as the other posts. I chatted with a guy on Grindr (no age given), who asked for my #. We then texted, he sent three xxx pics and I sent one back. At that point he also said he was 17. We had a few more words in the message, but no more contact after that. A few days later I received a long angry text message from the "step father," Phil Williams. He said the boy was actually 15 and his wife was going to turn all cell phone evidence of our chat over to the police the next morning. However, if I talked to him "man to man" he would try to convince his wife to let it go. At this point I had no idea it was a scam.

However, after talking to him on the phone, I received a screenshot of their (fake) Verizon phone bill for $944 to terminate the boy's phone. And to make the phone payment, I would need to pay the wife's sister, since she originally bought the phone (what??). They also said that they wanted me to help pay for the boy's therapy.

The phone numbers used were:
786-441-3536 (FL area code)
864-209-7930 (SC area code)
644-462-8507 (unknown area code)

The Verizon address was listed as:
PO box 4001
Acworth, GA 30101

The bill was sent to: Lacey Williams and Philip Williams

The Verizon address and different area codes struck me as odd, since I live in CA, and the guy I originally chatted with told me the street and neighborhood he lived in, which is in my city.

I have removed the phone number from your post as I'm not sure if it is your own or the one that called you.

Please post full details of what happened and none of your personal details..

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
