family and this man agreed that we would buy this apartment gradually.
He estimated the cost of the apartment about $90,000 usd (this cost is
lower than the actual cost of about $20,000 usd now). Details of this
agreement are following: Monthly we pay $1,000 USD (except the price
for the rent) for the gradual purchase of this apartment. We made
repairs to the apartment after this contract and fulfill all the
conditions during these three years. We have already paid $36,000 usd.
But the owner of this apartment died 7 months ago. Therefore, after
his death his daughter inherited this apartment 2 weeks ago. She
received heirship after 6 months from the time of death of her father
(it's a law). We agreed with her that her father's old contract for us
does not change.
But this woman told my mom 7 days ago that we have to pay for it the
rest of cost of the apartment within 15 days. Or she will sell the
apartment to another buyer if we do not give the rest of the money
