If he's using gmail, then don't bother about posting the header.
As I said in the previous post, the location you are seeing will be Google's, there is no way of knowing where the scammer is based.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
