Ina, all we know for sure is that he's in the Philippines. Everything in his profiles is almost certainly false, and any pictures won't be of him.
Finding someone working anonymously out of an Internet cafe is impossible. We don't condone vigilante action. Apart from being illegal, what if a mistake is made, and someone innocent is dealt with?
