Notice the spelling in the above letters from Raymond a third grader can spell better! He told he he was 1/2/American and 1/2 Puerto Rican and he gre up in California and North Carolina yet his grasp on the English language is all but non existant! I got suspicious when he said he wanted to cook me Pepper Chicken soup a Nigerian delicacy if I know my African Cuisine!

A detailed look at WhoisGuard shows it is likely owned by the Registrar NameCheap Inc. which also apparently operates as a reseller to eNom. WhoisGuard has no locatable business registration of its own and appears only to be a service or product of NameCheap. The given business address for WhoisGuard (8939 S. Sepulveda Blvd. 110 - 732 Westchester, CA 90045) is in fact a UPS store.
This obfuscation and lack of transparency goes right to the heart of the proxy/privacy problem. It is a place where criminals can act with complete secrecy because the providers are secret as well.
