The scammer is trying to explain why he cant receive money into his bank account, of course, he prefers to receive money by Western Union to make it easier to remain anonymous

I think you aware that I run USA bank account... and for what I gather here they can't access my account here and there is no way I can have my money out from it.. and they advise me that the best way here in this country is by you sending it to me via western union money transfer... or Money Gram.. that I will get it immediately you send it... That you'll need to send it to my info such as Full Names, Address, and Text Question and Answer.. then you get back to me with the sender info and the MTCN to be able to get it out immediately.

Still insisting on Western Union being the best way to receive money but he has now suggested teh second choice for scammers to receive money for their victims, "Moneygram", Moneygram also allows the scammer to remain completely anonymous, the only major difference is it can not be checked online

I know that this is the busiest time for you there likewise me also.. You are presuming that WU ques are huge, If only you can go to the bank early in the morning starting from 6.30am for me it will be light for you than going in the afternoon... Removed am not intending to say that, but after going back to the bank and ask them is there any way I can access my account here in Nigeria, that you are very busy to go to WU and WU is very far from you.. they ask me to tell you to make use of Money Gram then if WU is very far from you, and if that is far also... I don't have any other choice to open a domiciliary account with them... but their requirement I can't get straight away.. they where demanding for an Identity and it most be Nigerian Passport or Driver Licence, $100, and I most bring two guarantors who have been running their account for six months. before they can open the account for me here... You can tell by the previous emails that while scammers preference is Western Union, they will also receive money by Moneygram or even into a bank account.

Bank accounts are aquired in a couple of ways;

They may open it themselves in their real name, although this is rare.

They may encourage a victim to set up an account for them, this does happen a lot

They may set up a bank account using fake identification, this appears to be fairly common

They may use the bank account of a victim

They will borrow the bank account of an associate, in this case they may pay this associate a percentage.

Whichever way they aquire a bank account, it does take them a lot of time and resources which is why they are often reluctant to use them.

They may encourage a victim to set up an account for them, this does happen a lot

Just to expand a little bit on how another victim fits in...

These scammers generally have more than one scam in process at any point in time. They will be juggling several victims and maybe even multiple types of scams, and won't hesitate to use one victim to help them in their scam of another. It is important to realize that both victims may be completely innocent and unaware they are involved in a scam.

To make it easier, "Chris" will be the paying romance scam victim, and "Pat" will be the 2nd victim.

In what is probably the most common scenario, the romance scammer is using another romance victim to aid him in his scam. He has asked Chris for money, and Chris can't or won't use Western Union or Moneygram, but still can be convinced to do a bank to bank transfer. The scammer will tell Pat that he has a client, former business partner, or family member who owes him money--but he can't access his bank account so they can't transfer it to him. He asks Pat to accept Chris' money into his/her account, and then send the money to him using his preferred methods. Pat, who is in love with the scammer's character and thinks he/she is helping a future spouse with legitimate business, complies with this request, completely unaware that he/she is receiving money from another victim. In some cases, Pat is more convinced than ever that the scammer is real, because he didn't ask Pat for money and even appears to have a legitimate source of income.

In the 2nd most common scenario, the scammer is also running a job scam. Pat has been "hired" and believes he/she is a local representative whose job is processing payments for an overseas company. Pat may even be getting a 10% cut of Chris' money as his/her "salary." Again, he/she has no idea that the money is coming from a scam victim.

In a less common variation, the scammer may actually offer to take a personal check, and will use the same story to get Pat to cash a check from Chris and send the money.

^^ It should also be pointed out that most scammers have multiple identities, some male and some female so the victims may be scammed by the same scammer but different characters of that scammer.

Sure I sincerely welcome your honor by giving an option of coming through a private Jet, but I have some factors that may not make this augur well.

As you know that the cost for the terminal where the jet will be landing is very expensive and including some taxes... even am out of funds here to feeds on and that is getting me thinking on how to feed Susan the most important before thinking of me and am not concentrating on my project here... the cost of their living here is very expensive here...
