I agree , it would take an Army but my problem has always been that whenever I see injustice, I don't mind going the extra step. I did research this and , in fact, the US Army does handle these complaints through their own Criminal Investigation Department ( CID ) and have issued public statements in the past encouraging individuals to alert them. I will be doing so because, although there is little one can do legally, it does lay a paper trail. It does document the names of military men and women that have had their identities stolen and are being fraudulently used. That is the other side of the scam; some of these identities could be the victims of such a scam themselves or have had identities stolen in the past. I would enccourage anyone who has a name associated with this image to come forward and post it , so that the general public are alerted to the names used and the type of content this malicious creature is using.
The fact that Kathrine did such a thorough job is to be commended ! There is and was nooooooo denying that it was a scammer and this person was actually cutting and pasting the same information over and over again. So, he/she is getting lazy and getting sloppier . Sloppy people make more mistakes or at the very least have to work harder to re-think the scam.
