Did this guy give you an address to send the money to and was it a PO Box in Accra, Ghana, Africa?
Because these guys are not in the military at all. They are runing the lives of our military men alive and now dead. I was scammed as well, not by this pictured guy, but if you scroll up you will see him. I have posted my story, but have also added I know this is not the guy that scammed me. My scammer stoled this mans idenity.
There are alot of sites I have found to post our stories on including this UTube. I am in hopes the Army will do something about this problem. These men are worth everything!!!!!!! Debbia

As far as I know there is no way to find out. Jennifer I know how you feel, believe me, but this man is who our hearts love, but he is not the man who was talking to us. Please know you are not alone, and we understand. But you have to make closure with the fact this is not the man you can have. He is being hurt even more than we are. Pray for him that the men who are doing this to him will get theirs someday!

To try to find the person whose identity was stolen is really a waste of your time. The person whose identity was stolen has a life and isn't looking for a relationship from someone who saw their photo as a result of a scammer. Most have families and are not looking to change anything. Some have died in battle, which is a particularly disgusting tactic scammers use.

Please post up more of your experience so we can expose the scammer's methods.

I am sorry you got taken in by this scammer. I hope you have stopped communicating with the scammer. He only wants your money and has stolen the photos of a real person to work his scam and trap.

I have been collecting this medly of Fake soldiers and email addresses. I am sorry if here and there I failed to get back to the original Tagged group posts we get about them because we have a hundred or more daily. The main part is collecting the email addresses. Also I havn't saved all of the many photos used by the scammers if you spare me that! It's little disjointed because I havn't tried to edit the raw information as it is given. BE WARNED!

Debbia, the photo you try to publish is actually Staff Sergeant Aaron Ramos. His photo theft is well known in military scams. Aaron is aware of the misuse of his photos and has no profile on any site.

This guys' images ( and copied webcam broadcasts) are used by a scammer in GHANA, and he readily confuses them with pics of SGT MILLER and SGT RAMOS!
